Group fitness is the first hands on the workshop that is directed to all those who wish to aquire indepth, spherical and complete documented training in group programs on muscle strengthening.

This is a programme directed to students trained in a more in-depth clarification and simplification of the most important aspects that a professional instructor in group programs needs.

Emphasis is given on the fundamentals and the Gnostic background of a professional instructor so that after a successful participation and training this class, they will be in a position to teach all of the said types of exercise as well as the the choice of music used, the tempo, technical movements and guidance that will mainly give secure results in their classes..

Functional training using dumb bells, discs, step

  • - TRX/ Workbook Part 1
  • - Multimuscular – multiarticular basix exercises Cross Fit (Ebole, Zete, Apase)
  • Ballance Training (Balance training with Fit Ball & Bosu).
  • - TRX/ Workbook Part 2
  • - Circuit training Part 1
    Circular training with or without machines focusing on endurance and strength
  • - Resist a Ball in Kettle Bells and Medicine ball (ideokinetic program)
  • - Sports and athletic special shape program
  • - Rubbers
  • - PIMP Systems (Pliometric, isometric, meometric training program)
  • - Circuit training Part 2 (stationary circular training with or without equipment focusing on aerobic and anaerobic customization)
  • - TRX training Strength System + Bosu
  • - Internal Training system 3x20
  • - Circuit and interval Advanced
    Training Program + TABATA
  • - Flour exercises + practical exercises using weights, bands and fitball
  • - Cross – Fit + B.A.R.E.S Trainig

DIRECTED TO

All who wish to achieve more scientific training in group programs related to muscular strength.

Registration documents:
1/ Two photos
2/ A photocopy of identity card or passport
3/ A photocopy of proof of level of literacy
4/ Medical certificate from pathologist or cardiologist to state that "... is healthy and can be exercised"
